What EMU say about their sheepskin footwear...

• EMU use the best skins available, Borderleicester/Merino X, sourced from the Western District of Victoria.
• this type of skin gives a dense wool, clean pelt but still maintaining a soft fibre, perfect for our EMU boots and slippers
• the wool side is called "FLEECE", the skin side is called the "PELT".
• the sheepskin EMU use is called "TWIN FACE" or "DOUBLE FACE" meaning that both the wool side and the pelt side of the skin has been treated. (Some competitors use single face skins stuck to suede to get the pricing down, this is not a REAL SHEEPSKIN BOOT).
• Our wool length is between 15 and 17mm in length.

  2.  with EMU's molded heel cup for better fit and support, your heel fits snug into the heel cup.  Strength in the heel cup alleviates it from collapsing.

  3.  EMU's anatomically correct removable sheepskin-lined insole with built-in arch support which helps support the foot where it needs it the most.

  4.  Premium embossed leather and suede branding.

  5.  The EMUsole is trademarked.  It has a dual layered construction for the ultimate hard-wearing indoor/outdoor sole.  Made with comfortable extra-cushioned EVA with a hard-wearing TPR rubber outsole.

A classic pullon boot in Hi or Lo length, with a woven braid detail running down the back seam. 
Superior double-stitched seams for added strength, combined with a moulded suede leather heel cup for extra fit and support.
Suede reinforcing at the toe, removable contoured sheepskin insole with arch support.
Hard-wearing all-terrain rubber sole.
Style shown is Outback LO (mid calf) in Chestnut.
